This holiday is already becoming jam-packed with big titles.

The latest issue of GameInformer lists L.A. Noire for a September release, but when asked about the date the publisher would only go so far as to confirm it’s coming this fall.

“We have not announced a specific release date yet, but L.A. Noire is coming this fall,” the company wrote on its twitter account. Originally slated as a PlayStation 3 exclusive in 2005, L.A. Noire is now appearing on Xbox 360 as well.

A September release is possible, but Take-Two also has Max Payne 3, which was recently delayed again until the company’s fiscal Q4 (August-October). One of these two titles could be moved until late 2010 if Take-Two feels the need to space out its releases the rest of the calendar year.
